GrubsUp is an online food delivery service that connects users with local restaurants and stores. Orders can be placed via our website or mobile app and are delivered by our drivers or restaurant partners.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.
Prices, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times are provided before checkout.
Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
In rare cases, your order may be canceled or modified due to availability or operational issues.
You may cancel an order within a short window after placing it, provided the restaurant has not started preparing the food.

GrubsUp is not responsible for the quality of food prepared by the restaurants.
Drivers are expected to deliver orders promptly and safely.
If you experience issues with your order or delivery, please report it through the app or via email.
All restaurant partners and drivers must comply with GrubsUp’s policies, local health and safety regulations, and delivery guidelines. GrubsUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner or driver account for misconduct or breach of terms.
All content on the Platform (logo, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of GrubsUp and may not be used without permission.
GrubsUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Platform. We do our best to ensure a smooth experience, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
